Ultimate view of the natural

Accommodations face the ultimate view of the natural dense forest of Arbaminch under their balconies and the two southern rift valley lakes Abaya and Chamo as well as God’s Bridge (the mountain which divides both lakes in between).

It is a tranquil destination with breathtaking view
For those who seek complete privacy and world class luxury.

Celebrating & preserving local culture

We see the culture of the local people as being one of the most precious resources of the region and have been taking steps from the beginning to preserve and celebrate those cultures. Furniture, decorations and linens were sourced from artisans representing 54 ethnic groups from the south.

Intricately designed and constructed from bamboo thatches.

Each suite at Paradise Lodge offers guests the opportunity, experience and privacy of their own bamboo thatched hut built in the traditional Gamo style with the standard of comfort and amenities one can expect at a luxury hotel.

These bamboo houses are the replicas of the traditional houses of the Gamo and other 56 ethnic tribes whose hands have created arts and practice to this unique paradise lodge .The comfortable bedrooms force the guests to feel pamper and revived.

The journey matters more than the destination
Run towards adventure and not away from it!

Sustainability is journey and not a destination
At Paradise Lodge we measure our success by our social and environmental impact

At Paradise Lodge we measure our success as a business not only by customer delight and value for investors, but by our social and environmental impact as well. It’s called the triple bottom-line and below are some of the ways we are working towards this as a company. Sustainability is journey and not a destination. We are continuing to strive in our efforts to optimize our impacts on the community and the local environment.

It is teamwork that makes the dream work.
